In Ireland snow days are a rarity, and this year we got the first proper snow fall for many years. For me once the snow men were made it was time to avail of these conditions, which really suit minimalistic images. So rather than making a trip to Hokkiado in Japan is was off the some local areas in Dungarvan before the roads got too bad. I was lucky enough that there were some very brief periods of light as well as passing heavy snow showers which help with some of the images. You can click on them to see them full sceen.
